1. JOB DESCRIPTION
– Performance Marketer:

- End to end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social channels.
- Supporting performance marketing activity across additional channels such as Paid Search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimise and report on performance.
- Develop test and learn initiatives across Paid Social.
- Work with Digital Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise audience strategies.
- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
- Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity
– SEO Staff:

- Carry out keyword research in English and Vietnamese
- Do thorough on-page SEO, including site structure, meta content, internal links, keyword density, and more
- Do technical SEO including: social entity and private blog
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
2. REQUIREMENT
- At least 0 years of SEO experience, with experience doing SEO for English websites as an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork mindset
- Solid English skills in reading and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and proactively, with a desire to become the best in the SEO field
- Strong work ethic and can work well under pressure
